§01All Sales Are Final: No Refunds, No Exchanges
Every item is sold as-is. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including size, fit, condition, or a change of mind. Please review the photos and description carefully and ask questions before you commit to a purchase.
§02Item Condition
Listings are resale items and may show signs of prior use. We describe condition to the best of our knowledge, but we don't guarantee an item is free of minor wear beyond what's mentioned in the listing.
§03Payment & Shipping
Payment and shipping are arranged directly with us after you reach out about a listing. We ship worldwide, and local pickup is available in Kitchener-Waterloo. You're responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We aren't responsible for items lost or delayed in transit once shipped.
§04Availability
Listings are first come, first served, and may sell out, change price, or be removed at any time without notice.
§05Limitation of Liability
KW's Cheapest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a purchase or listing.
